Key responsibilities once trained will include:

• Coffee making
• Ensuring exceptional customer service
• The ability to work in a fun-loving team
• Maintaining the high quality appearance of our chocolateria
• Compliance with all OH&S and San Churro product standards

Important ingredients for success include:

• Previous cafe experience (baristas must have minimum one year experience in a high volume cafe)
• Ability to work various shifts over 7 days and late nights
• Excellent customer service skills
• High standard presentation and a keen eye for detail
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
