We are seeking applications for a duty manager, who has a passion for customer service, a desire to lead and manage, and an enthusiasm for hospitality.  Successful applicants will be guided to manage a team of staff and run a highly profitable Chocolateria cafe. You will be measured on your commitment to succeed, extraordinary customer focus and a proven ability to coach and mentor.

Key responsibilities once trained will include:

• Day to day operation of the Chocolateria
• Assisting in recruiting, training and leading our team
• Ensuring exceptional customer service
• Maintaining the appearance and presentation of the cafe
• Ensuring compliance with all OH&S and San Churro product standards
• Manage a team of 3-5 people.

To succeed in this role, you must have:

• Experience in the Hospitality industry, must be in a position of responsibility
• Barista experience a plus!
• Ability to work various shifts over 7 days and late nights
• A customer focused approach
• Drive to create a fun working environment
